Dr. Ilia Rachkov is an IAC Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators member. He is a Partner at the law firm Nektorov, Savaliev & Partners in Moscow, Russia and a fellow of the CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators). He is a Professor at the Higher School of Economics (Moscow), RANEPA (Moscow) and Saint Petersburg State University. Dr. Rachkov specialises in dispute resolution, arbitration, and international trade law. He has considerable experience in international and domestic arbitration proceedings and advises leading commercial parties and state bodies in Russia and internationally.
