Kevin Nash
Director General, London Court of International Arbitration (UK)
Mr. Kevin Nash is the Director General of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), where he fulfils the role of Chief Executive Officer and represents the institution internationally. Prior to joining the LCIA, he spent 13 years in Singapore, including as Registrar of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), where he led the Secretariat in the administration of thousands of international arbitration cases under the SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules. He also advised the SIAC Court of Arbitration, took decisions on procedural applications and arbitrator appointments, and oversaw the review and approval of arbitral awards.
Mr. Nash played a leading role in the drafting of the SIAC Rules 2016, SIAC Investment Arbitration Rules 2017, and SIAC Rules 2025. He is an active participant in UNCITRAL Working Group II (Dispute Settlement) and Working Group III (ISDS), and frequently speaks and lectures on contemporary issues in international arbitration.
Mr. Nash holds a BA from Mount Allison University, a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, and an LLM in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University.
