Samir Abdullayev is the Legal Director at Alstom, responsible for legal matters across the Caucasus and Central Asia since 2016. He advises on a broad range of legal and strategic issues, including complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and corporate governance. With over 18 years of legal experience spanning both the public and private sector, Mr. Abdullayev has held various legal leadership roles across multiple industries.

Mr. Abdullayev has been a member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association since 2014 and joined the Azerbaijan Mediation Council in March 2026.
