Anastasiia Dulska

Anastasiia Dulska is an international disputes lawyer based in Switzerland and admitted to the Bar in Ukraine, with 13 years’ experience in high-value arbitration, sovereign disputes, and cross-border investigations.

Ms. Dulska has acted in more than 30 disputes with a cumulative value of up to USD 32 billion, under major institutional and ad hoc rules. Her practice focuses on energy, natural resources, infrastructure, construction, and financial services, combining multi-billion-dollar commercial and investment arbitrations with politically sensitive sovereign mandates, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, and asset-tracing matters involving major financial institutions and commodity traders. A native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian, she has deep regional experience across CEE, the CIS, Central Asia, China, and the Middle East.

Ms. Dulska holds LL.M. degrees from Columbia Law School and Humboldt University of Berlin, both completed with honors, alongside further training at the University of St. Gallen, The Hague Academy of International Law, and the Paris Arbitration Academy. She has authored numerous publications on international arbitration and contributed to the Textbook on Investment Law, published in Russian (2024) and English (2026) editions with the support of the International Arbitration Centre, and regularly speaks at conferences in the field. Ms. Dulska has been recognised as a leading arbitration practitioner by Lexology since 2024, was nominated for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards in 2023, and for the 2026 Client Choice Awards.
