Anastasiia Dulska

Anastasiia Dulska's practice focuses on international disputes, particularly on investigations and white collar crime, international commercial and investment arbitration, cross-border litigation, public international law, and sports disputes. She advises and represents governments, state-owned entities, high-net-worth individuals and multinational companies before international tribunals and courts, and before other authorities in regulatory and commercial law matters. Furthermore, she regularly supports clients in internal investigations and white collar crime matters.
Ms. Dulska has counsel experience advising and representing clients in a number of high-profile international arbitrations in oil & gas, energy, trade, construction and shareholders matters under major arbitration rules (including UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA, Swiss and DIS Rules) and assisting clients in discoveries and internal investigations in sanction-related issues.
Before moving to Switzerland, Ms. Dulska has been trained and practiced in Ukraine, the Netherlands, France, and Germany, and is admitted to the Bar in Ukraine. She regularly speaks and writes on International Arbitration topics, and participates in moot court competitions as an arbitrator and a team coach. She has been elected Young ICCA Regional Representative for Western Europe and has co-organized numerous International Arbitration events for young practitioners across Europe. Ms. Dulska also helped to translate the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration into Ukrainian.
