Bokhodir Dadaev is an Uzbek legal practitioner specializing in banking and finance, corporate and M&A transactions, and the resolution of complex legal risks and disputes arising from cross-border commercial transactions. With extensive experience, he advises on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters.

As President of the Central Asian Dispute Resolution Association, Bokhodir is dedicated to promoting arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms as effective tools for resolving commercial disputes and strengthening the region’s legal infrastructure. His professional interests encompass international arbitration, legal education, the Vis Moot programs, youth empowerment, and cross-border capacity-building initiatives aimed at developing the next generation of legal professionals.

Through his leadership and commitment to advancing legal education, Bokhodir continues to play a crucial role in enhancing ADR mechanisms and fostering a dynamic, internationally connected legal community throughout Central Asia.
