Mr. Kassilgov has over 19 years of experience representing major international and domestic clients in high-stakes disputes before Kazakh courts, arbitral tribunals and the AIFC Court. His practice covers arbitration-related court proceedings, enforcement matters, tax and customs disputes, regulatory litigation, and challenges to unlawful actions and decisions of government authorities.

Mr. Kassilgov is recognized by The Legal 500 as a Leading Partner in Tax and Customs in Kazakhstan and is ranked by Chambers and Partners in Dispute Resolution in Kazakhstan. He is admitted to representing clients before the AIFC Court. He is also a Board Member of the Kazakhstan Bar Association (KazBar) and Chair of its Tax Committee.
