Ruslan Bayramov is a Founding Partner of Legalize Law Firm and a dispute resolution lawyer focusing on international arbitration, corporate law, and enforcement matters. He advises on complex commercial disputes, construction and infrastructure projects, and international trade disputes. Since founding Legalize in 2021, Mr. Bayramov has led the firm’s dispute resolution practice and represented clients in arbitrations under the ICC, SIAC, SCC, and TIAC Rules, as well as dispute board proceedings. He has also served as sole arbitrator and emergency arbitrator under the ISTAC Rules. Mr. Bayramov is listed on the Baku Arbitration Centre and Belarus Chamber of Arbitrators rosters and currently serves as a co-arbitrator in BAC-administered arbitral proceedings.
