Dr. Saltanat Imanova is a Kyrgyz lawyer with 20 years of practical experience in civil, corporate, investment, mineral resources, and labor law. She holds a PhD in Political Science (Moscow), an LL.M. in International and Transnational Law (Chicago), and the Straus Institute on ADR at Pepperdine. From 2008–2023 held senior leadership roles in foreign-invested gold mining projects, including Management Board member and Director General. Dr. Imanova serves as arbitrator in multiple international forums and is a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR (2024–2027).
