Zhang Zhiyong is a Professor of Law and Director of the Center for International Business and Tax Law at Peking University. His research focuses on international commercial law, international investment law, international financial law and international tax law. He is the author of International Tax Law (People’s Court Press, 2002), A Study on Legal Issues of RMB Convertibility (The Commercial Press, 2004), A Study on the EU Monetary and Financial Legal System (Law Press, 2006), A Study on Income Tax Issues in Regional Trade Arrangements (Peking University Press, 2018), and A Study on Legal Issues of Exception Clauses in International Investment Agreements (Peking University Press, 2025).
