Ms. Wei has worked for more than 20 years with different Divisions of CIETAC and accumulated rich experience in international commercial arbitration. As a case manager, she has assisted arbitral tribunal with the procedural administration in almost 1000 cases. As a member of scrutiny group of draft awards of CIETAC, she has scrutinized more than 2,000 draft awards of disputes ranging from the international sale of goods, joint venture, equity transfer, fund investment etc.

Ms. Wei also represented CIETAC at many conferences on international arbitration as speaker and was involved with the drafting work of UNCITRAL Working Group II on the UN Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation as a delegate of the Chinese Delegation or Observer on behalf of CIETAC.

Ms. Wei also serves on the panels of arbitrators for CIETAC and CMAC.
