The 4th Annual IAC Eurasia Arbitration Week 2026 (IAC EAW26) has successfully concluded in Astana, bringing together leading arbitration practitioners, judges, policymakers, academics, in-house counsel and dispute resolution specialists from across Eurasia and beyond. This year’s programme welcomed more than 600 registered participants and featured 65 speakers from over 30 countries.
During four days, IAC EAW26 provided a platform for high level discussion on the most significant developments shaping international arbitration and dispute resolution in Eurasia. The programme addressed a broad range of issues, including investment protection, procedural efficiency in arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, legal developments along the Middle Corridor and the Silk Road, AI, and the future of arbitration practice across Eurasia.
